Within 5 miles is a perfect 5,000.
Points fall off with distance: about 3,600 at 100 mi and 700 at 600 mi.
Revealing the state halves that round's points.
Tip: the first digit of a ZIP is the region. 0 is New England, 9 is the West Coast.
